Everything to know before renting a boat or planning an outing on the Arcachon Basin.
Yes for autonomous navigation on our RIBs and deck-boat, all above 6 hp: a coastal license is required. Without a license, choose an outing with a professional skipper. Raba pinasses are rented with skipper only.
The main season runs from April to October, with the best conditions from May to September. May-June and September offer the best balance of pleasant weather and calmer waters. July and August are the warmest months but also the busiest.
Yes. The whole fleet can be offered with a professional skipper for a worry-free outing. If you do not have a license, the skipper handles navigation and our team remains reachable throughout your trip.
Rates vary by boat, duration and season. Per-boat pricing, with inclusions, is available on each boat page in our fleet. Events and seminars are always quoted on request.
The classics: the Dune du Pilat seen from the water, Île aux Oiseaux and its cabanes tchanquées, Banc d'Arguin (nature reserve), Cap Ferret and its oyster-farming villages. A half-day covers the main sights; a full day adds a swim or lunch stop on the water.
Meeting point at Ponton ADM, Quai Goslar in the port of Arcachon, 15 minutes before departure. Our team welcomes you for paperwork, safety briefing and boat handover. For self-skippered rentals, the briefing covers navigation, regulated zones and onboard equipment.
